This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a relaxing walk from beautiful gardens.

Property was pretty and enchanting, we really enjoyed this place.

The food was delicious with a wide range of choice! Overall the staff was great and lovely.

location: the hotel was short walk to the marina-almost a hour's drive away, which is definitely a highlight of muscat, and the garden area. all the staff were extremely friendly and exceptionally welcoming, the breakfast was free with different kind of bread and individually cooked eggs, for example.

This place offers a peaceful and stunning location, just a short stroll from a fisherman's market and a beach bustling with fishermen, all set in a quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and magnificent location, proximity to the fisherman's market and beach, quiet area.

The location is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the air-conditioned room was spacious with a great view of the grand mosque, all just 15 km from the airport.

I chose this hotel for a work session and was pleased with the conveniences provided, including ceiling fans and irons/ironing boards. These amenities made it easy for me to stay comfortable and presentable during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work and conduct meetings without any distractions.

For families with children, it would be great to have a small outdoor play area or a designated kids' corner within the establishment.

The rooftop terrace at this beach bed & breakfast was a hidden gem. I felt like I was on top of the world, enjoying the stunning views and sipping my morning coffee. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, just like a celebrity on a luxurious private yacht!

the location near the airport was convenient after a long trip, and the property itself was cozy and welcoming. the owner, Ali, was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the house girls Madonna and Rea were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the WiFi worked well in the common areas. the highlight for me was the beach just across the house, where I could swim two to three times a day. the shared lounge areas and balcony facing the sea were also nice touches, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 😊.

We felt right at home at Lana Villa, where we enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace with fine views. The staff, especially Oliver, were friendly and helpful. Our room wassuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful break.

We loved staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with everything looking super clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a communal rooftop patio that had an amazing view of the water. Parking was easy and convenient, and we could always find a spot right in front of the hotel. Transportation was readily available as well. The location was perfect, right on the beach near the fisherman's area, providing us with a unique experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was superb, and we loved the mixed fruits served.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is great for walking down the beach promenade, with the fisherman's market just a stone's throw away. However, the beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming due to the presence of fishermen and abandoned boats.

The quality of the Wi-Fi connection was quite disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the beach on 37th street. The location was perfect, with a fisherman's market nearby and a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and had a balcony with a gorgeous view.
